User Account Control is one new application, to manage user privileges on Windows Vista. Sometimes this Service make boring, because we always get question every time to install or manage program in Windows Vista. Like Microsoft say.

User Account Control (UAC) can help prevent unauthorized changes to you computer. We recommended that you leave UAC turned on to help protect you computer.
