Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) is citizen’s league for Japanese American. They have many activities such as holiday cheer program, scholarship, dodger game for Tokyo Tower Residents and school rally. Women of the year award are also a part of their activities.
There are twenty reasons why as Japanese American should join Downtown Los Angeles Japanese American Citizens League. Some of the reasons are: there is an avocation for protecting civil right, raise or receive a scholarship, developing long lasting friendships and helping to build a better tomorrow for community.
If you are a Japanese American and living in Los Angeles, you should join JACL and enjoy the benefit. JACL is a non-profit organization.
