Why Opera Browser doing this?

I don’t know why Opera doing this? I was made two screen shot betwen Internet Explorer and Opera Browser 9 Series. Like what you see in this screen shoot the DOWNLOAD link for Mozilla Firefox 2.x ~~was disappear from that display~~, I was try to Reload/Refresh Opera browser and the Download Link ~~still dissappear.~~

It like Opera do some ~~cheating right?~~

And last but not the last this the screen shoot

So what do you think Opera do?

Update

On my first test, after Install NEW OPERA the link does show up, but after I restarted my PC. Holla the download link was show perfectly.�

lho.. aku nulis FireFox (20%), tapi kurungya mepet huruf ‘x’ kok jadinya FierFo20%)

Sejak versi 5.0 saya 60% browsing pake Opera. Pakai FF kalau pengin Tab Browser tetapi Opera ga tersedia d warnet. Pakai IE kalau pas di warnet yg ga ada Opera / FF. Sampai sekarang di komp saya terinstall IE 7, Opera 9.1 (akan), FireFox 2.0
Acara iNet saya: Opera (60% time), IE7 (15%), FireFi20%), Safari (5%)

Kadang emang Opera agak kacau soal css… gak tau deh.. gak ngerti coding….

mungkin kode CSS yg kurang bener, jadi gag muncul di Opera? secara saya make Opera dalam keseharian, dia emang lebih ketat dibanding browser yg lain.

klo saya lebih suka edit css di Opera, soale kemungkinan berantakan di browser lain lebih kecil (cmiiw).
