The Most Popular Movie Actor and Actress are Yoona and D.O – Girls Generation’s Yoona and EXO’s D.O, SM Entertainment’s Idols, achieve the Popularity Award for the category of Movie Actress and Movie Actor at the 53th Baeksang Arts Awards. The 2017 Baeksang Arts Award is going to be held on May 3rd. Closing to the event, votings for the Popularity Award have been closed on April 28, 2017 at midnight KST. These votings are done to select the most popular Movie Actor, Movie Actress, Drama Actor, and Drama Actress.

On the category of Movie Actor, D.O EXO/ Do Kyung Soo won the category by achieving 75.28%. D.O’s point is fantastic if compared with Jinyoung GOT7’s (18.97%) and Ryu Jun Yeol’s (2.93%). Of course, this achievement makes SM Entertainment proud of their idol.
Another achievement for SM comes from Girls Generation’s Yoona who ranked the top Popularity Award for Movie Actress with 92.11%. Meanwhile, the second place is achieved by Kim Min Hee (5.03%) and the third rank is gained by Sohee (1,17%).
The 53th Baeksang Arts Awards will be hosted by Suzy and Park Jong Hoon. This award event also has named the winners for the most popular Television actor and actress.
