Just a few days ago Google has announce third Quarter 2011 financial results. And what about results? of course very impressive.

Google Quarterly Revenues
Google Quarterly Revenues

Larry PageCEO of Google said “We had a great quarter,” Revenue was up 33% year on year and our quarterly revenue was justshort of $ 10 billion. Google + is now open to everyone and We just passed the 40 million user mark. People are flocking into Google+ at an incredible rate and We Are just getting started! “

  1. For the Q3 Financial Summary Google reported revenues of $ 9.72 billion for the quarter ended September 30, 2011, an increase of of 33% compared to the thirdquarter of 2010.
  2. Net Income – GAAP net income in the third quarter of 2011 was $ 2.73 billion, compared to $ 2.17 billion in the third quarter of 2010.Non-GAAP net income was $ 3.18 billion in the third quarter of 2011, compared to $ 2.46 billion in the third quarter of 2010.
  3. No less interesting Google won the trust of Google+ by get 40 million users, which we know has not been a long time coming.

There’s not a ton of surprises to be found in the results otherwise, although Larry Page and co. sure seem to be busy hiring new folks — they’ve brought on 10 percent more employees in the span of three months (for a total of 31,353 full-time employees as of September 30th). What a remarkable achievement.
