The process of acquisition of Nokia devices division at Microsoft will soon be completed. As reported by Tech Eye, Tuesday (22/4), the takeover process is planned to be completed by the end of April. After all process is complete, Microsoft rumored to be replacing the name of Nokia into Microsoft Mobile Oy. This change will be followed by the elimination of the Nokia logo on each purchase transaction device.
However, later on Microsoft Mobile will remain headquartered in Finland as a wholly owned subsidiary of voles. Only official business address will change from Nokia HQ in Espoo Keilalahdentie to Keilaranta.
With this acquisition Microsoft will have all the rights, advantages and bonds from Nokia and the business services division, including agreements with suppliers. Microsoft also will remain will continued to cooperation with various suppliers, especially with regard to the application that had been there as Advance Technologies, Nokia Siemens Networks and Here Maps.
